Due to the nature of our products, all honey sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@engagedbees.com. We may request photos of the issue to help resolve the matter.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items.

Engaged Bees, LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
